Refund Policy

It's easy to get a refund if you're not satisfied within the first 14-days of enrollment. Simply remove and return the decal to ION-KIDZ by sending it with your welcome letter to the ION-KIDZ mailing address.

We will issue a refund to your original form of payment, less the 20% contribution ($10) to organization and $5 shipping and handling for items returned within 14 days.

Refund will be mailed within 30-days of receipt of refund request.

Partial refunds are available within 14-days after enrollment. Return the decal to ION-KIDZ along with the confirmation letter to:

Refund payment will be provided within 30-days, in the form of check payable to parent. Amount issued is total paid less organization contribution (20%) and $5 shipping/handling. Example $50 paid - $15 =$35 refund amount.
