  • Is my information secure?

 

IONKIDZ considers your information confidential (email address, license plate etc.).  This is stored on our database and not disclosed to any outside party. The registration process requires a credit card transaction which takes place via e-commerce (similar to any on-line transaction). This is a highly secured site provided and certified by Wells Fargo. The credit card transaction is not stored nor monitored by IONKIDZ.

 

  • I received an email from IONKIDZ about my child’s driving. I suspect it was a hoax. What can I do about it?

 

Unfortunately kids will be kids and this happens from time to time. Please forward the email to support@ionkidz.com.  We will program the system to reject further calls from which the caller id originated.

 

  • My IONKIDZ decal sticker has been lost/stolen/damaged. How can I get a replacement?

 

We will provide a $20 one-time replacement decal. Email request to support@ionkidz.com.

 

  • My organization wants to use IONKIDZ as a fundraising tool. How do we get started?

  • How long does a campaign last?

 

An organization (PTA, Booster club) runs a campaign for a period of six-weeks (coinciding with a school’s reporting period.).

 

  • Can any School Organization support the program?

 

An organization must register and be approved by IONKIDZ.  Only one organizations/club within a school is able to run an active campaign.  This is on a first come first approval basis. Print/complete the organization registration form found on the “Fundraising” page or send an email to support@ionkidz.com.

 

  • I called into IONKIDZ to report unsafe behavior that I observed. How can I be sure that my call went through?

 

When you hang up your message is delivered to the email address for the registered vehicle.

 

  • How do I register my teen’s vehicle for IONKIDZ?

  • How do I change the email address for my IONKIDZ account?

 

Just send an email to support@ionkidz.com and include your phone number so we can verify.

 

  • I have more than one teenage driver in my house. Can I have more than one IONKIDZ account?

 

Each vehicle (license plate) needs to be registered and provided a decal.

 

  • I haven’t received any email updates from IONKIDZ. How can I be sure that my account is active and working?

 

When the account is activated, we provide a decal and confirmation letter to the address on the registration.  This confirms that the account is activated.  If you wish, you can call the system and test to ensure email delivery.

 

  • I don’t see my answer here. Where else can I get help?
